An SME searching online for "grants to digitalise or bring in AI" tends to run into all three names jumbled together in the same list of results: IA360, Kit Digital, Kit Consulting. This page deliberately leaves out the amounts, the deadlines and whether the last two have an open call or not: they aren't what this guide verifies against official sources, and publishing a figure without checking it at the time would be worse than not giving it at all. What can be stated with confidence, because it doesn't change with each call, is what kind of project fits each programme best, by its purpose, regardless of what is open today.
Three approaches, not three amounts

The row that really tells IA360 apart from the other two isn't the amount, it's the purpose: Kit Digital and Kit Consulting were created for digitalisation and consultancy in general; the IA360 business voucher (bono empresarial de IA360) is defined, in the plan's own text, around a single type of project — AI services with their own added value, with «la mera suscripción a licencias» (the mere subscription to licences) explicitly excluded.
An example with three needs at once
Picture an SME weighing up three things in the same quarter: renewing its website and adapting invoicing to the new electronic format; rethinking its whole digital strategy with outside help; and using AI to automate the classification of orders a person currently checks by hand. All three needs are real and coexist in the same business, but they aren't the same project, and by approach they wouldn't fit the same programme: the first is basic digitalisation; the second, strategic consultancy; the third, the type of service described by flagship project 11 of the Plan IA360. Treating them as a single application would mean forcing three different projects into one mould that doesn't fully fit any of them.
Why we don't give figures for other programmes here
The verification work behind this guide was done against two documents: the Plan IA360 and its official press release. It didn't include reviewing the current regulations of Kit Digital or Kit Consulting, so giving an amount, a deadline, or whether they are accepting applications today would mean publishing a fact we haven't checked ourselves at the time of writing this. Both programmes have had successive calls with different deadlines over time; their sede electrónica (official online portal) and their current governing regulations are the only reliable source on whether something can be applied for today and under what conditions.
The plan's silence on the other two programmes
The Plan IA360 doesn't mention Kit Digital or Kit Consulting anywhere in its text. There's no sentence saying it replaces them, and none saying it treats them as compatible. The fact that all three measures appear together in public conversation doesn't make them parts of the same instrument: each answers to its own regulations, and it's those regulations — not an unrelated announcement — that decide whether they can be combined.
